Shipping
We ship our parcels via Express Australia Post. Orders are posted out 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you need your order more quickly just email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns and Exhanges
We want all our customers to be happy with their orders.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please email us and we will help organise the return of your item.
For both returns and exchanges we accept only unworn items, with tags attached.
Please try your shoes and sandals on for the first time on a carpeted area so there will be no problem with wear if you need to return or exchange.
If you wish to return your new purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will let you know the return details.
We can only process your refund after we have received the returned goods.
A refund may take 3-5 days for your bank to process.
Sale Items
We are happy to facilitate size exchanges on sale items were possible. Return and exchange postage is at the customers expense.
Faulty Items
If you believe that your item has a fault in manufacturing, please contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
